Freelance Trainer — Professional & Executive Programs

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, interactive, outcome-based training programs for professionals, students, and corporate clients (onsite, online, or hybrid).
• Design, adapt and localize course content to meet learner needs, program objectives and awarding body requirements.
• Use learner-centered methodologies, assessments, and practical activities; support participants in exam preparation for professional certifications where applicable.
• Maintain training records, provide participant feedback, and contribute to course evaluation and continuous improvement processes.
• Coordinate with the CEPE Program Manager and Training & Development Manager to ensure quality and compliance with CEPE standards.

• Professional cert
• 2+ years
• Training delivery
• LMS proficiency
• English or Arabic
• Exam prep

Preferred Qualifications

• Master degree
• TOT certificate
• Bilingual preferred
• Higher education experience
• Industry practitioner
• Accredited instructor
