French Canadian Life Sciences Linguist

Responsibilities

• Proofread English into French Canadian translations for pharmaceutical documents
• Handle investigator-facing, patient-facing, and pharmacy-related content
• Deliver 2,000–5,000 words per week on a flexible freelance schedule
• Use XTM CAT tool for translation, proofreading, and machine translation post-editing
• Maintain quality and consistency across ongoing Life Sciences projects

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years translating and copyediting Life Sciences content
• Experience with investigator-facing, patient-facing, or pharmacy material
• Excellent English and French-Canadian language skills
• Proficiency with CAT tools (XTM preferred)
• Translation degree or equivalent experience (2 years with other degree, 5 years without degree)
