Fulfillment Generalist (Part-Time, Contract)

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment of products from order to delivery
• Track data and anticipate problems to provide a seamless customer experience
• Manage member order fulfillment process and daily order distribution to fulfillment centers
• Collaborate and communicate with fulfillment centers daily to review operations and resolve issues
• Track fulfillment KPIs and work with centers to drive improvements
• Handle product substitutions in compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with the Logistics team on carrier optimization and delivery times
• Communicate with Customer Support and Customer Experience teams to address logistics issues
• Monitor inventory levels with the Operations team

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with 3PLs or in a direct-to-consumer fulfillment environment
• Understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory systems, and order management platforms
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and cost optimization strategies
• Experience collaborating with engineering or technical teams to improve operational tools
