A-Players connects top-tier talents with socially impactful businesses, startups, and investors in the US and EU. We are a fully remote team focused on building repeatable, scalable hiring systems for leadership positions and Business Associates.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote Business Associates candidates
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit
• Partner with the CEO and Team Leads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions
• Provide a positive and informative candidate experience through clear communication
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience (administrative, operations, business, or generalist focus)
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
