Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and build the operations reviewer queue interface with high-resolution document displays and field overlays
• Build and maintain real-time operational dashboards using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
• Establish secure communication between AI core services and banking apps via backend APIs
• Build internal tooling including the Prompt Management System UI and annotation interfaces
• Optimize web interfaces for accessibility and performance in low-bandwidth environments
• Maintain a unified AWA component library and design system

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
• Mastery of asynchronous data flows using Redux, Zustand, or React Query
• Experience building dashboards with Recharts or D3.js
• Competency in WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE)
• Ability to design REST APIs and BFF layers using Node.js or Python
• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience
• Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (specifically AKS)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with React Native or native mobile development
• Experience with canvas-based drawing tools and bounding-box annotations
• Knowledge of Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Front Door, and CDNs
• Understanding of rendering live LLM token streams
• Conceptual understanding of machine learning metrics and probability distributions
