Full Stack Developer - 🇫🇷 French Fluent

Responsibilities

• Build and innovate by developing new features to enhance the Paradox App and redefine online learning.
• Implement AI-driven functionalities to personalize learning experiences.
• Continuously test, iterate, and push technical boundaries to improve user experience and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Ensure scalability and performance to support large volumes of concurrent users globally, optimizing infrastructure and leveraging CDN/cache strategies.
• Deliver user-centered design by working closely with product and design teams to create beautiful, efficient interfaces, rapid prototyping, and integrating automation.
• Investigate and resolve technical challenges, implement proactive problem resolution, and ensure system stability.
• Participate in tech architecture discussions, provide/receive constructive feedback, and work within Agile frameworks.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Lead Developer role, or as a startup CTO
• Minimum 3 years in TypeScript & React.js
• Proficient with Tailwind CSS
• Strong AI mindset;
• Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• French and English fluency required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Nest.js
• Experience working with Chargebee API or ZohoBooks API
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and mobile development
• Experience in education/EdTech domain
