Full Stack Developer JS - EdTech

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship new features for the Paradox App using modern JS/TS stacks
• Implement AI-driven personalization and automation across the learning experience
• Ensure scalability and performance for hundreds to thousands of concurrent learners
• Optimize resource usage, caching and CDN strategies for global load times
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive, beautiful UIs and rapid prototypes
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative fixes
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and Agile delivery ceremonies

• Experience with Nest.js
• Background in LMS platforms or EdTech
• Mobile application development exposure

• Familiarity with AWS, CDNs and modern deployment practices
