Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and build product features end-to-end from scoping and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment
• Develop high-quality, user-facing applications with a focus on performance, security, and clean design
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams
• Contribute to AI-driven features including LLM workflows and agents
• Shape user experience and underlying systems including authentication and database design

Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems
• Proficiency with Python, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM workflows, or AI-enabled products
• Experience designing secure authentication, authorization, and database systems
• Experience working on public-facing platforms or production-grade user applications
• Startup experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong product sense and eye for UX/UI design quality
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Neo4j and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience integrating CRM, messaging, email, or other third-party APIs
• Familiarity with automation workflows, data pipelines, or relationship-based products
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or as a technical founder/operator
