Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the technical evolution of The SOURCE®, transitioning it from an internal tool to a scalable SaaS platform
• Translate complex creative and brand workflows into elegant, scalable technical systems
• Design and implement production-grade full-stack features using modern web frameworks
• Integrate AI, LLMs, and automation into workflows to drive operational leverage
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and admin systems to reduce operational drag
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the founder on product vision and technical sequencing

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture roles
• Expert proficiency in React / Next.js and Node.js or Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Strong experience with relational data modeling using Postgres
• Proven ability to design and consume REST and GraphQL APIs
• Practical experience implementing AI/LLM features and working with vector databases
• Experience building and scaling platforms or internal systems from the ground up
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building specialized tools for agencies, creative teams, or knowledge workers
• Background in scaling internal tools into external-facing SaaS products
• Prior experience as a founder or an early employee at a high-growth startup
• Deep interest in the intersection of brand design, storytelling, and intelligent systems
