Full-Stack Engineer

About the Company

SOMNIA is the Agentic Chain - a hyper-performance L1 operating at an order of magnitude faster than existing networks. Developed by Somnia Foundation and backed by Improbable and MSquared, Somnia facilitates a new wave of on-chain applications from DEX to Prediction Protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade products end-to-end, from back-end to UI
• Build high-performance back-ends, services, and the data layer
• Create developer technologies including SDKs, APIs, CLIs, libraries, and starter kits
• Build internal tooling and platform infrastructure to increase team velocity
• Work self-directed to spot gaps and propose solutions that move the ecosystem forward
• Collaborate with DevRel, Marketing, and BD to ensure products fit go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript proficiency across the full stack
• Experience with Golang
• Ability to build high-quality, production-ready frontends
• Strong back-end engineering skills (APIs, services, data layers)
• Genuine interest in crypto and on-chain products
• Strong ownership and ability to work self-directed
• Ability to prototype rapidly and then harden code for reliability and testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Web3/on-chain experience with smart contracts (Solidity/EVM), wallets, or dApps
• Experience building developer technologies and documentation
• Strong design skills for polished product UIs
• Deep understanding of the Web3 competitive landscape
