Full-Stack Growth Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end growth features across frontend and backend that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral.
• Ideate, ship, and iterate on product-led experiments (A/B tests, pricing experiments, viral hooks, onboarding flows).
• Build in-product onboarding and activation flows to improve activation and retention metrics.
• Instrument analytics, dashboards, and experimentation framework to measure impact and guide prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, data, and design to translate growth hypotheses into production-quality implementations.
