Full Stack Software Engineer

Protege is building a platform to facilitate the secure, efficient, and privacy-centric exchange of AI training data, solving one of the biggest unmet needs in the AI industry.

Responsibilities

• Ship features across internal dashboards and customer-facing portals from design through rollout
• Design user interfaces including layout, interaction, and various application states
• Build workflows for sample creation, customer access management, and multimodal content streaming
• Extend and consume API routes using Next.js, Postgres, and AWS

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building production web applications
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Experience shipping end-to-end features including UI, API, data models, and tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with browser-based media playback (HTML5, HLS)
• Experience building search or data-heavy interfaces
• Familiarity with auth systems and permission modeling
