Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Company

Reacher is a YC backed AI SaaS platform building the operating system for TikTok Shop brands and creators. We are building key infrastructure for the creator economy and implementing AI with the world's largest brands and creators.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead product features end-to-end from research and design to implementation and testing
• Lead and shape engineering architecture and set standards for code quality and development practices
• Design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and GCP
• Build responsive and delightful UIs using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Mentor other engineers in adopting AI-native workflows and agentic coding tools

Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional full-stack experience at a product-first company
• Deep proficiency with AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code and agentic workflows
• Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building autonomous agents with the Claude Agent SDK or similar frameworks
• Experience with AI image or video generation tools
• Previous experience at an early-stage startup
