About the Company

Pennylane is a fast-growing Fintech aiming to become the most beloved financial Operating System for SMEs in Europe. With over 200,000 SMEs and 3,500 accounting firms already using the platform, we provide essential tools for accounting and finance automation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship new features to production within an agile squad
  • Take ownership of specific features or transversal projects
  • Participate in scaling the application to support millions of customers
  • Collaborate with a tech buddy and senior engineers to maintain high code quality

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React
  • Strong technical, business, and product skill set
  • Experience working in an agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to solve complex problems related to accounting and finance
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for users
  • Experience with AWS, TypeScript, and Jest
