Functional Testing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce functional testing standards across products and releases
• Plan, execute, and manage functional testing for releases
• Develop and maintain test artifacts including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Partner with Client Services to support client-facing testing activities and UAT
• Define and review requirements by analyzing user stories and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate requirements into acceptance criteria
• Lead test automation initiatives by implementing UI/API test suites
• Drive defect resolution, triage, and prioritization using Jira

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Demonstrated domain expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Strong focus in Revenue Growth Management and Optimization (RGM / RGO)
• Experience with trade promotion, price planning, and analysis
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software product QA
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience testing data-heavy or AI-driven applications
• ISTQB certification
• Experience with Snowflake Intelligence Solution
