About the Company

Belltower provides fund administration services to the venture space, including syndicates, venture funds, and rolling funds. Since 2019, Belltower has supported over 27k funds representing more than $25B in assets under administration.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the new money deployment process and fund investment approvals end-to-end
• Approve venture fund, rolling fund, and SPV investments to be deployed on the platform
• Review investment documents for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal requirements
• Support internal teams in navigating investment documentation and the deployment process
• Coordinate deployment of funds to portfolio companies, ensuring correct amounts and timing
• Record investments in internal records with high data integrity
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements to increase deployment speed
• Execute sanity-check reconciliations against the fund’s general ledger

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in middle/back office operations within VC, fund administration, or adjacent finance ops
• Familiarity with investment documents
• Comfort in startup ops or heavy ops environments with high-volume execution and tight deadlines
• Strong written communication skills and ability to escalate early

Preferred Qualifications

• Investment-document fluency
• Experience from family offices
