Fundraising Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Modify HTML and CSS content in web files for international fundraising campaigns
• Implement new campaigns and banner tests via the CentralNotice delivery platform
• Manage QA processes for the banner program, including cross-browser reviews
• Triage and verify bug fixes with developers and designers
• Maintain task priorities and workflows using Asana

Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Strong attention to detail for quality assurance processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed environment
• Experience with multilingual marketing or international programs
• Availability to work during the critical month of December
• Ability to travel internationally approximately twice a year
