Job description

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a calendar of in-game events, sales, and content updates tailored for Chinese players
  • Adapt global game events and promotions to be culturally relevant and engaging for the China market
  • Set up, test, and launch live events within the game, including writing all related notifications and messages
  • Analyze daily player data to understand engagement and spending drivers, and report on event success
  • Work closely with local community and marketing teams to gather player feedback and identify issues
  • Act quickly to resolve live game problems, coordinating fixes and communicating with players
  • Ensure all game operations comply with local regulations and platform guidelines

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin Chinese and professional English fluency
  • 3+ years of experience managing live game operations for a mobile game in the China market
  • Deep passion for mobile games
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones
  • Proficiency in CRM / CMS platforms and Unity
