Game Security Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct deep-dive investigations into multi-accounting, account sharing, and identity abuse
• Detect and mitigate bot activity, automated gameplay, and user collusion
• Analyze and resolve payment fraud and promotional abuse
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to build automated detection capabilities
• Produce regular insights on fraud trends and operational KPIs for senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years in Fraud Prevention, Game Integrity, Trust & Safety, or Cybersecurity
• Experience detecting RTA Bot behaviors and using emulators, VMs, or HUDs
• Ability to build combination logics to identify potential fraud proactively
• Experience leading operational teams
• Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools
• Knowledge of high-risk device indicators including rooted devices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online multiplayer or social gaming
• Background in FinTech, Payments, or E-commerce fraud
• Experience in Identity verification or Trust & Safety operations
