Responsibilities

• Research and develop core trading components including matching modules, order processing, and order book data structures
• Optimize low-latency service chains and high-throughput performance
• Implement high-availability mechanisms to ensure system stability during extreme market conditions or hardware failures
• Improve engineering quality through testing, observability, logging, and tracing

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with a focus on high-concurrency systems
• Proficient in Linux network programming (Socket, TCP/IP, or asynchronous IO models)
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, multi-processing, coroutines, and memory models
• Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to memory layout, GC, CPU cache, and network paths
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm demeanor under high-pressure market conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with matching engines, order books, market data systems, or high-frequency trading (HFT)
• Familiarity with lock-free structures, NUMA architecture, user-space network stacks (DPDK/Kernel Bypass), or hardware acceleration
