GCO Tools & Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and implementation of tools and technology for the Global Compliance Operations (GCO) team
• Evaluate, select, and deploy new technologies to improve operational efficiency and compliance monitoring
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal engineering teams
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline compliance workflows and data management
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to GCO team members on tool usage and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technology or tools strategy within a compliance, risk, or operations function
• Strong understanding of compliance workflows and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing software implementations and vendor relationships
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
