GenAI Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI development using Amazon Bedrock, AWS Bedrock Agents, and LangChain/LangGraph
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, and GitHub Actions
• Oversee full-stack infrastructure with a focus on observability and system reliability
• Establish AI governance frameworks for ethical and secure deployment
• Partner with stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics
• Manage project workflows using Agile methodologies
• Drive AI innovation by incorporating new AWS technologies into project strategies

Requirements

• Deep proficiency in Generative AI, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph, and LlamaIndex
• Strong expertise in Python, Full Stack architectures, and FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS for PostgreSQL)
• Production experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS/EKS)
• Knowledge of AI observability tools like Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, Arize, or TruLens
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in advanced AI and software development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure or GCP)
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies like React
• Proven leadership in stakeholder management and mentoring engineers
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Amazon Q Developer or GitHub Copilot
• Familiarity with advanced LLMs such as Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, and Meta Llama
