Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-impact projects within the Ethereum ecosystem
- Collaborate across distributed, asynchronous teams
- Drive impact in areas such as protocol design, ZK systems, or AI/ML integration
Requirements
- Background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or cryptography
- Hands-on experience in Web3, DeFi, or Layer 1/L2 ecosystems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for async collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to open-source Ethereum projects
- Familiarity with Ethereum protocol internals or smart contract security
- AI/ML research or development experience applied to crypto
