Responsibilities

• Lead the legal function and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team
• Oversee corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on legal and business matters
• Manage corporate transactions and partnerships
• Develop policies that uphold legal and ethical standards
• Lead intellectual property strategy and support crisis management
• Guide legal aspects of product development and market initiatives

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive legal experience in technology, AI, or government contracting
• Deep expertise in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory affairs
• Strong understanding of federal procurement law, cybersecurity, and data privacy
• Proven ability to provide pragmatic legal advice in high-growth environments
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
