General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the regional P&L and top-line growth for the West Region
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance for each property
• Manage owner-partner relationships, including monthly business reviews and contract renewals
• Develop and implement dynamic pricing, marketing, and business development strategies
• Oversee enforcement operations, including scan coverage and citation performance
• Lead operator transitions and new property onboarding
• Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with local city and state regulations

Requirements

• Must live in the Western US (Pacific, Mountain, or Texas)
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years at a high-growth startup
• Background in real-world operations, management consulting, investment banking, or commercial real estate preferred
• Exceptional analytical skills with SQL proficiency
• Experience with tech platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, or Sigma
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• MBA from a top U.S. program
