Job description
Responsibilities
- Own and drive business growth initiatives (revenue & EBITDA)
- Take full P&L responsibility within 3–6 months
- Lead and develop a remote, cross-functional team
- Improve core SaaS metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
- Build operational systems, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability
- Support and shape the company’s B2B product direction (0→1 mindset)
Requirements
- Proven experience growing a small SaaS company
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with P&L ownership
- Strong understanding of SaaS economics
- Background in technical, product, engineering, or operations environments
- Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams
- Data-driven, results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructure, data, proxy, or developer-oriented SaaS
