Responsibilities

• Manage and scale a large team of therapists while ensuring high-quality care and compliance
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and manage the clinical operations budget
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Clinical Support to streamline workflows

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in operations or high-growth healthcare companies
• Bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA or Healthcare Management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in banking or consulting
