Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Sully.ai’s go-to-market strategy for Dubai and the broader GCC region.
  • Build, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams covering sales, customer success, and partnerships.
  • Establish key performance metrics and manage staff performance against growth targets.
  • Forge strong relationships with healthcare providers, regulators, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and drive growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations (sales, marketing, finance, HR) to align with company mission.
  • Control budgets, optimize expenses, and monitor financial health with full P&L accountability.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion, adapting offerings to local needs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE corporate law, licensing, and economic substance regulations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in senior general management, regional or country head roles.
  • Proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS or AI businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial forecasting, and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS models and the AI SaaS landscape.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with the UAE/MENA business environment and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or MSc/MA preferred.
  • Experience hiring, training, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Previous founder/co-founder or function founder experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
