Responsibilities

• Support leadership on high-impact projects across the business
• Assist CEO in hiring, talent sourcing, and onboarding
• Fill operational gaps and support departments when needed
• Conduct market research to identify and support new city launches
• Design and optimize business processes and workflows
• Act as a bridge for cross-functional communication and project execution
