Generalist Associate

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on high-impact projects, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and COO to execute strategic initiatives.
• Assist with hiring and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new team members.
• Temporarily fulfill operational roles as needed to address gaps or urgent needs within the organization.
• Conduct market research, help identify new market opportunities, and support the launch of new locations.
• Aid in the design and optimization of internal processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies to facilitate company growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, acting as a bridge between departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly adaptable with a proactive, "get-it-done" mindset
