Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as direct leadership in the commercial journey with small to medium-sized private schools
  • Manage and unlock strategic negotiations with multiple stakeholders including owners, rectors, and financial directors
  • Lead, support, and develop the team of consultants, ensuring pipeline quality and account evolution
  • Develop commercial strategies and action plans to advance opportunities in the funnel
  • Monitor sales predictability, forecast, and key indicators, ensuring CRM discipline
  • Work transversally with marketing, product, CS, and operations to ensure value proposition consistency
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and commercial approach

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B consultative sales with long cycles and multiple decision-makers
  • Previous experience leading people
  • Strong experience with strategic accounts and high-impact negotiations
  • Analytical capacity and strategic vision for pipeline and forecast management
  • Availability for national travel
  • Strong communication and active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the private educational sector, especially higher education
