Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage a panel of patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers
• Identify areas of improvement in the care model and technical platform
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to deliver on clinical KPIs
• Provide memory care training and oversight of new hires
• Develop and maintain a curriculum of regular educational conferences for clinical providers
• Provide oversight of the interdisciplinary team by staffing clinical questions

Requirements

• Completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Geriatrics
• Extensive experience caring for older adults
• Expertise in dementia and related cognitive disorders
• Experience working in interdisciplinary care teams
• Ability to work remotely via telemedicine

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed in OH, WA, NV, or FL
• Strong understanding of dementia diagnostic approaches and symptom management
• Proven track record of leading clinical teams
• Experience with neuroimaging and neuropsychological evaluation interpretation
