As a German Speaking Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment tools and methods
• Conduct phone interviews and assess language proficiency in German
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and meet client expectations

Requirements

• Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
