Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of global client management, including implementing benefit plans and managing renewals
• Offer strategic analysis and consulting expertise for international benefits programs
• Advise on multinational benefit solutions such as international pooling, captives, and global underwriting
• Provide guidance on programs for global travelers, medical coverage, and expatriate employee benefits
• Manage complex global projects and ensure successful, timely completion
• Communicate effectively with all levels of client organizations, from local HR to C-suite executives
• Participate in business development by prospecting new clients and supporting the sales process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of global client service experience
• Required global benefits consulting experience
• BS/BA degree
• English proficiency
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
