Global Advisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee global client management, including implementing benefit plans and managing renewals
• Offer strategic analysis and consulting for international benefits programs
• Advise on multinational benefit solutions such as international pooling and captives
• Provide guidance on global traveler programs, medical coverage, and expatriate benefits
• Manage complex global projects and ensure timely completion
• Communicate with all organizational levels, from local HR to C-suite executives
• Support business development through prospecting and responding to RFPs

Requirements

• 5+ years of global client service experience
• Required global benefits consulting experience
• BS/BA degree
• English proficiency
• Strong project management and analytical skills
