Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end new business cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closings for FPO services
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of CFOs, finance leaders, and founders across global markets
  • Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to position Finanshels' FPO capabilities
  • Develop and activate global partnership and referral channels (accounting firms, consultancies, VC networks)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular pipeline forecasts and market intelligence to leadership
  • Shape GTM messaging and service positioning for FPO across priority regions and buyer segments

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in B2B business development or enterprise sales — finance outsourcing, BPO, accounting services, or fintech preferred
  • Proven ability to sell complex, high-value service engagements to CFOs and finance decision-makers
  • Comfortable running a global pipeline remotely using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can navigate long sales cycles without hand-holding
  • Excellent English communication — written and verbal — with credibility to engage senior finance leaders
