Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Global Product Specialists and Solution Designers.
  • Provide clear direction, set priorities, and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Support country leads with management and leadership guidance during delivery execution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of native engine rollouts across multiple countries, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
  • Align rollout execution with organisational strategy, product vision, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance and other stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and delegate work effectively across teams and projects.
  • Manage performance to ensure milestones, deliverables, and KPIs are achieved.
  • Monitor and influence project outcomes, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Apply strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and product functionality to guide solution design and decision-making.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with global product standards.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues requiring both technical and domain expertise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing teams within a global expansion, payroll, SaaS, or product delivery environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex, multi-country implementations or rollouts.
  • Deep payroll product and domain knowledge with specific focus on compliance or related HR technology fields.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
