Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver a global People strategy that fuels sustainable growth.
  • Build and lead a best-in-class, multi-region HR function across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and the leadership team.
  • Drive organizational design, talent strategy, and global workforce planning.
  • Introduce and scale AI-enabled HR transformation and innovation.
  • Lead complex employee relations and ensure global compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Shape, embed, and evolve the company culture through creative, strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to building and improving the People function.

Requirements

  • Proven HR leadership experience within a global, multi-country scale-up environment.
  • Extensive exposure to managing people and operations across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Experience building and scaling People functions from the ground up.
  • Strong background as a strategic HR Business Partner with commercial and financial acumen.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, terminations, and global compliance.
  • A track record of delivering HR transformation and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, combining high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
  • A creative, forward-thinking mindset with a globally minded and authentic leadership style.
