Global Head of SAR Investigations

Seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead Global SAR Investigations with expertise in AML, BSA, Sanctions, Investigations, and SAR Compliance in a complex cryptocurrency environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-depth investigations of transactional activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and international laws.
• Construct crime-preventive controls against ML and TF.
• Compile and submit internal SARs and liaise with international authorities.
• Develop and optimize a transaction monitoring programme.
• Collaborate with teams to enforce compliance with global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or related field.
• 8+ years anti-financial crime experience, 4+ in leadership; crypto experience essential.
• Expertise in compliance applications and programs.
• Strong understanding of Compliance Operations.
