Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a specialized track such as Sales, Administration, Accounting, Recruitment, Marketing, or Wedding Planning
• Participate in real-world projects and shadow industry professionals to learn day-to-day operations
• Support senior team members with logistics, client communication, content creation, or financial tracking depending on the chosen track
• Follow a structured 30/60/90-day learning plan to develop professional skills and industry knowledge

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality, Events, Business, Tourism, or a related field
• Available for a duration of 3 to 6 months
• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (a driving license is a strong advantage)
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and organization skills
• A positive, adaptable, and curious mindset with a passion for hospitality or operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages
• Previous experience or interest in social media management or event coordination
