Global Lead, AI for Programmatic Impact

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 advisory and consulting support to network partners to develop AI strategies
• Create and facilitate virtual and in-person learning communities for leaders
• Capture and share AI insights, case studies, and resources across the network
• Collaborate with programmatic specialists to integrate AI into teacher training and alumni functions
• Provide guidance on "build vs. buy" decisions for AI technologies
• Explore and lead a subgrant fund for partner AI innovation
• Ensure partners adhere to network standards for responsible AI, data privacy, and child safeguarding
• Convene internal AI efforts across the global organization to ensure coherence

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in AI, tech, or programmatic roles
• Demonstrated understanding of AI tools and real-world deployment
• Strong coaching and consulting skills for supporting organizational growth
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve strategic, complex challenges
• Deep commitment to Teach For All's mission and values
• Experience or strong interest in AI ethics, equity, and data privacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in diverse, low-bandwidth settings
• Alum of a Teach For All network partner or close collaborator
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages
• Experience designing learning experiences for diverse cultural backgrounds
