Responsibilities

• Deliver MindGym experiences to a diverse client base to catalyse behaviour change
• Facilitate live and digital sessions using the ISCAN framework
• Create inclusive environments and generate energetic atmospheres conducive to learning
• Demonstrate professional, scientific, and content expertise to groups
• Deliver seamless learning experiences across various organizational levels

Requirements

• Extensive experience facilitating at all levels of seniority within corporate settings
• Exceptional public speaking skills for small and large groups, both virtually and in person
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate audiences
• Background or interest in psychology and/or behavioural science
• Ability to work as a freelancer or contractor
