Global Principal BIM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a long-term global BIM strategy to support growth and scalability across the Data Center Segment
• Lead the global digital transformation of BIM-related workflows to improve collaboration, standardization, and automation
• Establish and govern globally consistent BIM design standards, object libraries, and workflows
• Provide strategic BIM leadership and technical oversight for major global pursuits and high-value data center projects
• Review BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), contractual requirements, and delivery documentation to ensure compliance and risk management
• Partner with regional Business Units to identify competency gaps and define global training requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of industry experience with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of data center design, engineering workflows, and BIM implementation at scale
• Fluent in English with the ability to engage effectively with diverse global teams
• Proven capability in program management, change management, and governance within matrixed organizations
• Ability to travel internationally as required
