Global Sales and Education Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global education strategy for product launches and core brand training across internal sales teams and external retail partners worldwide
• Create training materials, digital education toolkits, workshops, and masterclasses that reflect KAYALI's voice and values, adapting content for diverse markets
• Manage annual budgets for educational tools, trainer resources, and seminars while tracking training effectiveness through monthly reporting
• Lead and mentor regional education team members, fostering a culture of passion and connection among global sales and education teams
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, e-commerce, and regional teams to align educational goals with business objectives and campaign launches
• Stay ahead of fragrance industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to keep KAYALI's training best-in-class

Requirements

• 10-15 years' experience in sales training, education, or field sales within fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods
• Proven expertise designing and delivering training programs across multiple countries and cultures
• Deep passion for fragrance with strong understanding of scent composition, layering, and storytelling
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with charismatic, inspiring presence
• Ability to translate brand vision into memorable, interactive learning experiences
• Highly organized and adaptable with global mindset and cultural sensitivity
• Fluent in English; Arabic or French a plus
