Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and scoring models
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end including CRM, enrichment tools, and sequencing platforms
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation
• Instrument the full top-of-funnel to optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created
• Build integrations and automations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier or Make
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or technical RevOps
• Proven track record of building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, and REST APIs
• Data-driven mindset focused on pipeline influence and conversion metrics
• Ability to ship fast and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas
• Background at a B2C company with a B2B or API sales motion
