About the Company

Aztec Labs is a UK headquartered software development company building privacy products. We led the initial development of the Aztec Network, the first permissionless, decentralised and programmable privacy Layer 2 on Ethereum.

Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a key Aztec product
  • Develop a deep understanding of users, their workflows, and their pain points
  • Conduct customer and ecosystem interviews to gather actionable feedback
  • Translate user insights into product recommendations and prioritization
  • Create and execute growth initiatives to drive adoption and engagement
  • Write compelling content including blog posts, product launches, guides, and announcements
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions
  • Track product performance and use data to inform growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Business Development, Growth, Product Management, Developer Relations, or Startup Operations
  • Strong bias toward action and ownership
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience launching products, programs, or growth initiatives
  • Ability to learn complex technical concepts
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or developer tooling
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup
  • Background in product-led growth or ecosystem development
  • Experience managing partnerships or business development initiatives
