Responsibilities

• Manage Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) and Page Feeds to capture long-tail traffic
• Implement dynamic ad customizers to inject real-time data into ad copy
• Build and maintain granular account architectures (STAGs or intent-based)
• Execute daily/weekly Search Query Reports and manage negative keyword lists
• Manage tCPA and tROAS bidding strategies
• Optimize Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) and Quality Scores
• Manage Performance Max containment and remarketing via Display and YouTube
• Oversee Offline Conversion Import (OCI) and GA4/GTM tagging

Requirements

• 4–7 years of specialized experience in Google Search
• Proven expertise in DSAs with Page Feeds and ad customizers
• Experience managing complex accounts with 100+ ad groups
• Deep understanding of keyword match types and Smart Bidding
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and Offline Conversion Import
• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong remote-work discipline and self-direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Google Ads Scripts for automation
• Deep understanding of the real estate vertical
• Bilingual in English and Arabic
• Experience with server-side GTM
