Responsibilities

  • Use data and business intelligence platforms to analyse insurance claims, employee demographics, and renewal trends
  • Support the development of pricing models, forecasting tools, and risk analytics solutions for employee benefits cover
  • Create data visualisations, dashboards, and reports to inform benefit programme decisions
  • Improve data quality, automation, and reporting processes across the Employee Benefits portfolio
  • Learn how insurance policies are priced, structured, and renewed for complex corporate programmes
  • Study the influence of local regulation on policy design and client advice
  • Explore applications of AI and predictive analytics within the insurance industry

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or student in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong ability to work with numbers, patterns, and complex information
  • Interest in statistical modelling and business intelligence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to spreadsheet modelling and advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of database technologies and structured data management
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Interest in machine learning and automation technologies
