Graduate Engineer - Civil

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of civil infrastructure components for utilities, water, and site development layouts.
• Participate in the application of quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Support senior engineers with the preparation of design documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
• Contribute to drawing production and design models using platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Engage in cross-functional coordination and attend team meetings to understand project workflows.
• Develop technical skills while enhancing your ability to communicate findings and progress clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recent 2024 or 2025 graduate (required for AECOM Graduate Program eligibility).
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent).
• Available to start September 2025.
• Open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book (Emiratisation program, in compliance with UAE labour law).
