Graduate Engineer - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of dry utility networks, including LV/MV power distribution, street lighting, and telecom systems.
• Apply design and technical knowledge to contribute to high-quality outputs within project timelines.
• Perform work following agreed-upon budget and schedule guidelines, under supervision.
• Collect and analyze information from specific discipline and interdisciplinary project BIM models as needed.
• Utilize computer software to solve fundamental engineering problems efficiently.
• Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines to ensure continuity of the design process.
• Participate in design progress and coordination meetings to contribute insights and updates.
• Verify and ensure the quality of model production by BIM/CAD teams, ensuring accuracy to design instructions.
• Actively seek information and opportunities to contribute, develop efficiencies, and solve problems effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• Recent 2024 or 2025 graduate (must be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program)
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or equivalent
• UAE National with valid family book (as per Emiratisation commitment and UAE labour law)
